Thanks for getting me into shape with your Body Transformation program. As you know, I'm already a fitness trainer at a local gym and workout regularly. But I've always been frustrated that no matter how much I workout, I could never lose my gut. Plus, since I workout so much, my body knows "the routine" and I stopped seeing gains in the weight room two years ago.
Your Body Transformation has changed that. Your diet and nutrition coaching made me aware of how much my food habits were holding me back from getting the results I wanted. It used to be easy to make excuses for what I ate at lunch and dinner and I just told myself, "I'll burn it off at tomorrow's workout". But now I know the truth about how food affects me and my waist line and I'm eating so much better now. After twelve weeks, my biggest "problem" is my friends always asking me the same question, "How did you lose so much weight????" I've been working out hard for the past three years and my pant size never changed. But after twelve weeks in your program, everything hangs off of me now.
My workouts in the gym have seen big gains. Getting my butt kicked at Grinder Gym three times a week has knocked my body out of its rut. Every workout is different and the routines are always hitting my muscles in a different way. Having you monitor us and check our form keeps me pushing myself and makes sure I hit the right muscle groups. I can also feel how my poor diet was preventing me from getting stronger as well. This was definitely the wake-up call my body needed to see gains again!
The results I saw from twelve weeks at Grinder Gym blows away everything I've done on my own for the past three years. I'm finally hitting fitness targets that previously seemed out of reach.
