Being on the Grinder for a one-hour adrenaline pumping, cardio-intensive class is a unique experience. Grinder classes are not for the faint of heart! Whatever your current fitness level, the class will challenge your mind and body to reach new heights. You could find yourself doing lunges on the lower level, sprinting up the stairs, squat walking backward up the ramp or doing dips on the wall. Grinder class exercises include basic calisthenics, dumbbell exercises, isometrics, sandbag training, the use of resistance bands and much, much more.
Your instructor is always watching you, so while the classes are fast-paced, there is no slacking on the Grinder! That said, our instructors are here to motivate and encourage you. Our class motto - and the key to your success and accomplishments - is "Progression... Not Perfection." It is not about being perfect; you do what you can as hard as you can. The progress you'll make will amaze you and your friends.
